The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions. Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements; “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Companies Terms and Conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party” and “Parties” refers to both the Client and ourselves or either the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings or a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of the provision of the Companies stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing English Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

1- All Practitioners : Registration and Qualifications

 By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions you are formally agreeing that you are who you say you are, have undertaken sufficient certified training which accredits you to be able to use the product/s purchased safely & effectively, are appropriately insured and take full personal responsibility for your competence and use of products.

All relevant qualifications and training certificates must be uploaded at registration and/or provided when requested.

You are also formally confirming you will not purchase any products from LPharm Overseas  that you are not qualified to use.

2- Privacy Statement

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorised employees within the company on a need to know basis only use any information collected from individual customers. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers. Parliament has created specific offences for unauthorised actions against computer systems and data. We will investigate any such actions with a view to prosecuting and/or taking civil proceedings to recover damages against those responsible.

Personal Data you submit to us may be passed to the third-party service providers we use to help us to fulfil your order. This could be delivery services, payment gateways and other service providers.

Clients have the right to request sight of and copies of any and all Client Records that we keep, on the proviso that we are given reasonable notice of such a request. Clients are requested to retain copies of any literature issued in relation to the provision of our services. Where appropriate, we shall issue Clients with appropriate written information, handouts or copies of records as part of an agreed contract, for the benefit of both Parties.

We will not sell, share or rent your personal information to any third party or use your email address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this Company will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products, unless agreed otherwise by you the Client.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We do not endorse or control these websites and are not responsible for their content or activities

4- Payment

Visa,MasterCard and American express cards are all acceptable methods of payment. Our Terms are payment in full prior to our products/ services being sent/carried out.

LPharm Overseas do not store any credit card details on our servers. All payment transactions by card are processed by our secure gateway Stripe. For full details on secure transactions, please visit www.stripe.com

5- Returns/Faulty Goods

If you receive a faulty, incorrect or unfit for purpose product, Please do NOT dispose of the product. If the product is disposed LPharm Overseas ltd will not be able to refund or replace the product. We ask for you to contact our office immediately in which we can advise the next step.

Any discrepancies with orders should be reported within 5 days (of order date). This should be reported to our office via email info@LPharmoverseas.co.uk

6- Delivery Information:

We deliver With Royal Mail, respecting all required conditions for product quality.
